Yes. Osteopathy is covered by most major private health funds under extras cover. On-the-spot HICAPS claiming is available for eligible health funds.

No referral is required to book a private appointment. You are welcome to book directly online.
If you have a care plan and are looking for medicare reimbursement, you will need a GP referral.

Payment can be made via EFTPOS, debit card, credit card (including AMEX), or cash at the time of your appointment.

Yes. EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) appointments are available with a valid referral from your GP. Please bring your referral paperwork to your appointment.

Please provide at least 6 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Yes. Private health insurance rebates can usually be processed immediately at the clinic using HICAPS with either your physical or digital card, meaning you only pay the gap amount where applicable. If you are unable to claim, we can provide a receipt for claiming with your health fund provider later.
