New Patients

Please book an Initial Consultation for your first appointment. This includes a discussion of your symptoms and goals, assessment, and treatment where appropriate.

If you have a referral for an Enhanced Primary Care Plan from your GP, please mention this when booking.

Existing Patients

Please book a Follow-Up Consultation unless otherwise advised.

What to Bring

• Any relevant scans or reports

• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement assessment

• Private health insurance card (if applicable)
