A 1:1 consultation is a personalised session between yourself and a qualified therapist where we’ll go over your health history, discuss any symptoms or concerns you may have, and create a bespoke exercise plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. This session gives you the chance to ask any questions you have and ensure you're starting with a safe and effective plan.

Yes! Exercise during pregnancy and the postnatal period can be very beneficial, but it’s important to approach it safely. We offer specialised programs that are designed for your stage of life, taking into account any pre-existing conditions, discomfort, or challenges you may be facing.

For your session, wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. A Pilates mat or towel, and a water bottle.

If you’re attending a postnatal or prenatal session, bring any additional support materials like a cushion or towel for padding if needed.

In most cases, yes! We take a holistic approach and tailor all exercise plans to your specific health needs. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, we’ll make sure to work around them to ensure the exercises are safe and supportive for your body. We need to know this information first so make sure you book in for a 1:1 session.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If you feel pain or discomfort during a session, stop the exercise immediately and let us know. We’ll assess what’s going on and modify your programme as needed to make sure you’re always moving safely.

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give us at least 2 hours' notice. This helps us accommodate other clients and reschedule your session at a more convenient time. Our policy is generous, please don't abuse it!
