However, with everything health-related, there is always some risk associated with movement so please watch/read/understand our disclaimers first.

  • Stop the exercise immediately and contact your practitioner. Your program is tailored to your needs, so adjustments can be made to keep you comfortable and progressing.

  • Follow the frequency your practitioner recommends. Consistency is key, but listen to your body and rest if you feel discomfort.

  • It depends. Many exercises use minimal or no equipment. If you have access to equipment such as a reformer, your practitioner may prescribe these exercises. Please let your practitioner know what you have.
